SewAZ offers the following formats: ART, HUS, JEF, PES, and VIP. Some of our earlier designs are listed only with HUS, JEF and PES. I will convert any of those designs purchased to ART or VIP for you. Just purchase the designs and write in the comments box to convert and the format.
How will I receive my designs?
Instant downloads are available for digital products on the website. Immediately following receipt of your payment, you will receive an email from SewAZ Designs which will contain the download links to the products you purchased. If you have not received the download link email shortly after making payment, please check your spam folder for our email. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, please contact us. Sometimes credit card payments do not go through and Paypal can have issues, too.
All paid digital orders can also be downloaded from your account, once you log in.
All other products are shipped USPS. We do ship overseas with proper additional postage.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not given on any embroidery design. SewAZ Designs will work with you on any problems you may have getting your designs to work properly for you. It is your responsibility to know if the designs purchased will fit your embroidery machine. If you resize the design, we will not guarantee stitch quality. Our designs have been tested. If you order the wrong format we will happily send the correct format. If you accidentally purchase a design you already have and we have record of that, we may give you credit for that design. Shipped software purchases are final. All other problems will be handled on an individual basis.
I got an error message while trying to pay, what should I do?
Paypal has glitches like every other cyber space business. Our email address with Paypal is good, we have been using it for years. If you get an error message from them, you can try again to pay. Do not place a new order. You can email us and we will send you a Paypal invoice to pay from and manually finish your order.
If you don´t get your download link and used a credit card, call us at 928-645-0271 and we will check on your credit card process. We will not do this through email.
How can I use SewAZ Designs after I purchase them?
When you purchase designs or fonts from SewAZ Designs, you are purchasing the right to use the design on items you sell or for personal use. The embroidery designs may be used on items to be sold (but not mass produced of more than 100 items) or given away. The designs themselves are not to be resold or shared. SewAZ Designs retains the copyrights to these designs.
I sell item with your designs, may I use your photos?
If you sell items you make with our designs, you may use the photos on our website to promote them. The item must say they are designs from www.sewazdesigns.com
What is the difference between a pending and processing order?
A pending order is an order that has not been paid for. Therefore you will not have a download link until it is paid for. A processing order will send a download email link and can also be download from your account.
I did not get my download link, what should I do?
If you have checked your spam folder, you got a receipt for your payment and you still didn´t get a download link you may have a typo in the email address you used for digital delivery. We can help you, please email us.
Where are your FREE Designs?
SewAZ Designs free designs are available from the SewAZ Yahoo groups.
